Bluetack (http://bluetack.co.uk/index.php) and Methlabs (http://methlabs.org/methlabs.htm) can help you cover yourself if you're concerned. Get PeerGuardian or Protowall, with Blocklist Manager, and these will help provide protection from P2P snoops looking for people to sue.
