Saving Private Ryan Fps Problem

hello
i downloaded saving private ryan from bittorent and when i played it, the video was slower than the audio and when i cheked the frame rate it was 16 to 18 and it should be 25. could somebody plz help me.
by the way i have the latest release of mega pack and i use classic to play.

it sould be between 23.9 and 29
but what did you use to check the fps, and did you try playing it with videolan yet

i checked it while i was playing it with media player classic and the same problem came up when i was playing platoon.
sys specs: 1.4 ghz, 32 mb vid card, 256 mb ram, 40 gb
