What kind of mp3 are you gonna upload?
If it's your own song, and you have the copyrights to it, there are some sites who let you make band-pages with a couple of Mp3's...
However, if this is about breaking the law in terms of distributing copyrighted music I will have NO part in it!

geocities works if you're only going to upload one song at a time. or only plan on only hosting one song. you get 15mb with geocities i believe. which actually is enough for 3-4 smaller songs.
but if you want to upload like 10+ no help for ya ;)
