hi, im using ms office 2003 and would like to know if its possible to filter certain words in receiving e-mails, so those e-mails are blocked with the words of my choosing?

use google (http://www.lancs.ac.uk/iss/email/spamfilter-b.htm)

use google (http://helpdesk.gwu.edu/helpdesk/mailfilter/oe.html)

Hell here's a Microsoft word .doc file that tells you how to do it.

use google (http://uts.fiu.edu/Email/docs/OutlookEx-filter.doc)

:) :) :)

YES YOU CAN, use google, use the help in office 2003, or even use a program like choice mail that gets rid of all spam automatically, I use it and have not seen any spam in my inbox for over a year.

I used to use filters/rules in my Outlook Express email client. I found it didn't work well enough though.

My solution is SpamPal (http://www.spampal.org). It's unusually effective and completely free.

my 2 cents.

 My solution is hella strong filters. The message must be in 7-bit ASCII with no non-English characters. HTML isn't allowed.
The first and last words of the subject must be "ANTISPAM."
You must be in my address book.
You must put either my handle or my real name somewhere in the message.
All other crap meets its master in /dev/null.
I never get spam. :D
