Is there any way to get a DVD Burned on to a CD with out a DVD Burner I reallydo not what to pay 80 pound for a DVD one.

Yes, but you'll have to rip the DVD with a program like SmartRipper. Then you'll have to encode the resulting files in to DivX or Xvid using Vidomi or Xmeg, which will take quite a few hours. Then you can burn the resulting .AVi file onto a CD-R .
