lol when they sed "dries in a matter of seconds" he means like this: you know how mercury doesnt stick to anything right? put a drop of mercury on a sheet of paper and it will bead up and roll right off. same thing here except that the liquid is safe for electronics (apparently not an electric conductor i guess)

good find, i would never use water for cooling incase it leaked. water being really sticky wud jst fk it up so i guess this would work. Does the liquid conduct electricity?
