You mean to say that they get a bunch of people to advertise for them (competition style) and they only give away one graphics card in exchange?
Think about it. There could be hundreds or even thousands that loose but still provided advertising for free.
And what about the expense of all the banners? Who pays for that?

Seriously though, I doubt half the people that will see it will actually be looking to buy a graphics card, and a lot of them that don't properly know what a graphics card is!
