yes use a wire like this one:

Its called a 3.5mm-to-rca adaptor...
you plug the headphone jack type end (called 3.5mm) into the output on your soundcard, and the two colored ends, the red and white (call them rca plugs) go into your amplifiers input.

Yes. All you need to do is connect from the line out of your sound card to the aux in of your amplifier.
Look for a Y adaptor at a local electronics or audio shop.

If your sound card has a digital out I would recomend using it instead of rca cables. Sound quality is much better.
