Overnet Lite Optimal Settings?

I just installed Overnet Lite and I wanted to be on the right foot at the get go.
What are the best Network settings I can enter?
And also are there any other tips to even more faster downloads?

Personally the optimal setting for me was to uninstall it :(

Well I have a cable connection of 10.0 Mbps.
And my Network settings are still at their default with are 0. My max connections is 110.
