I'm assuming about ripping DVD's so it's pretty hard to explain.
Check out http://www.dvdrhelp.com or http://www.doom9.org
Try this program DVDx (search on google or Kazaa). It can rip and convert to mpg or avi and such.

If you have a good connection (mainly upstream), then just copy the game from the CD, use a no-CD or backup crack and then make the file a RAR. It's better if you try to burn the file so you know there's no protection. Then you just share it and post hashes wherever you can...
