A leetle beet late but
Just watched it
wow... thought id walked into a pre-groovy-terentino-warp movie

brilliant

until......it flipped.....

wtf?

Vampires....
for a second there my brain flipped.. first reaction wow cool didnt expect that until it went straight to splatter blah

So tell me - is it worth it watching the two sequals?
for the sake of terentino style?
or for the sake of Splatter style?

i can imagine the answer is no

hope not

1 was a avarage movie IMO

there are 2/3 sequels and I heared that 2 was really bad and 3 was better ;)

Sequels usually never top or beat the first movie imo.

Didn't see them, but I wasn't really impressed with the first one either.

In my opinion most of Tarantino's movies are overrated.
It's only his name that "makes them good".

What are you talking about. Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs are classics.

From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money was basically crap.

It's good for a late night, on your way to sleep type viewing.

Part 3, Hangman's Daughter was good.

Neither is better than part 1 of course and not by Tarantino.

There are definetly advantages to not knowing what a movie is about.

Thanx for replies, will wait until the sequals turn up on tv one day.

That's right I almost forgot it was directed by Robert Rodriguez of Desperado fame.

I loved dusk till dawn, can't believe that you've only just seen it but thats cool. I for one liked the split personality of the film, it's something different. I agree that tarantino's movies can be over rated, i mean there is all the hype before the film and the sodomy after it comes out by all and sundry, however i think that his films are good solid film making examples. Though the one thing that really pisses me off is that people with no knowledge of films see his ideas as radical and amazing, when in actuality he is simply remaking other movies and adding parts of yet more other movies together to get the desired effect. So i think tarantino films good, but you have to take them with a pinch of salt.
