Cant Download More Than 1 File/

i am downloading the Day after Tomorrow and it comes in 3 parts. i am trying to download all 3 at once but it says that i can't. is this my settings on mirc or is it a rule?

You can download only one file at a time from the same bot.
However you can look for the other parts on different bots.
