Highest D/l Speed On K-lite?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: Forevame7189

We all know that in k-lite you can get very fast speeds (well most of the time). My fastest was 300 kb/s for like 1 second. Doesn't matter if your 56k or T3, whats your fastest?

Posted by: tutana

1600 kb/s for a second

Posted by: MagicNakor

645.3 kb/s for the whole download. :D

It wasnt really going through the internet, so the speed was either your HD, or just plain bogus.

Posted by: Crack_man

80 Kb/s

368k/s when i get enough users. I usually get around that speed but I have a 3mb download speed on speed test why doesn't it go faster?

I connected to a 10 Mbps line in Hong Kong (chatted with the guy who owns it via Kazaa) and downloaded for almost a day with speeds averaging about 120 Kb/s -- it would've been a little faster if my computer wasn't a Celeron 400Mhz.

I usually get between 100kbs and 350kbs.
Had a few over 500kbs ....all depends on the sources.

I can't believe I used to use 56k connection and really do feel sorry for guys\girlz with this. It's a sad, sad life.

It's Kazaa causing the slowdown on the cpu -- it can download using Download Mage (a file resumer) at ~160 KB/sec.

Posted by: Drunkin'Monk

100kb/sec

Posted by: [DeXTeRiTy]

I go at 1200 kb/s for the entire download

Fletch i'm seeing that your shot is a fake look at progress and status they have some other collors around
and there are 2 time remaining missing
dont know why you fake about someting like this it is not a contest
You're nuts! The two "missing" time remaining slots are sources for the first file (look at the file names). I have no idea what you mean about "collors" (sic) "around" (around what?????)
I'm well aware that its not a contest - its a topic - people are discussing - just adding a little collor :P to the topic by showing a picture.

Should be 2 categories:- 56K modem and the rest.

383 kb/s for a whole movie...it was with 3 users though...still impressive!

Posted by: Calhoun

I got about 780kb/s when downloading the third part of the LOTR: Fellowship. I had 4 or 5 sources.
BTW, leecheskicked, I have Road Runner Cable 512mb connection.

Posted by: js23ds

Posted by: Jayhawk

416 kbps but through the whole movie it was around 300 its very nice :D

Posted by: Forevame7189

well I now have a new high d/l speed...I was d/l a movie yesterday and for like split second i had 500kb/s. When I have high d/l speeds i usually can go from 80 to 100,160, maybe sometimes 200. I have been using k-lite for maybe 5 months and have never gotten these kind of speeds until a month ago...maybe luck or somthing I did or change on my comp.

Posted by: Dapadipz

Hey, if you have a problem then use a PM and try to be constructive. Instead of hurling insults at each other, try asking them politely to edit the post because you found it offensive. Failing that, report them to a mod.

If you start hurling insults about you'll just make matters worse for you, them and everyone on the board.

Oh, and Yomanda - that was a bit childish and you know it. If you want to slag his site, try and do it more entertainingly than linking it to homosexuality <_< . Please edit the post or you may find a mod deleting it for you...

damn dudes all i get is 200 max and i see ppl are getting like 1000kb/s

Posted by: Wizzandabe
