(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)Posted by: Dark Ride
I found a SNES gamepad lying arround and I thought I could us it to play my good old SNES games on the PC.
Does anyone know where I can find instructions how to connect the gamepad to the PC.
And don't tell me to buy a "SNES to USB" device on ebay.I want to build one by my own ;)

You'll need to build your own parallel port interface, and use directpad for the driver.

<_< That link is useless for me monkee.I said I want to "build" an adapter not to "buy" one.
I learned in school about electronics and I'm very interested in it.Now I want to try out something, and I think this is a good way to start.
Pls more topic related stuff , ok ?

Hmmm, all the webbsites show how to make an adapter with a using the LTP port.I don't have a DB25 pin (male) connector (for the LTP Parallel port).I only have a connectro for the COM port <_<
I guess I will have to buy a DB25 parallel connector then ... ;)
