Problem With Deus Ex 2

I just downloaded this game off suprnova, and every time it try to run it this message comes up saying my card dosen't support pixel shading 1.1.
Anybody know how to fix this problem?

It means what it says. Your video card doesn't support Pixel Shading 1.1 I suggest buying a better card. Go to hardwareworld and there's a list of video cards in there.
