So i see this vice city program 2 find out how many hidden packages i haf left and it says none. I check my stats and it says 98!? Wat do i do?

Not sure if I read you correctly.
You're saying theres a program that tells you how many hidden packages you have collected in Vice City?
...anyway...
Google for a GTA VC hidden packages map.
Once you have one, start checking locations for any packages you may have missed.
