I'm still kinda new, but what program do I use to download new games like on ps2 & xbox? And am I able to play it on my computer?

Emulators dont work. (Not commercially) So no playing on your pc
For games, use torrent files. Good sites for console games are:
FileList (http://filelist.org/)
Go SuperNova (http://www.gosupernova.com) (Good search tool)
bits.org/]TorrentBits (http://www[torrent files are not allowed)
Filesoup Forums (http://www.filesoup.com/forum/index.php?showforum=16)
Gaming Torrents (http://www.gamingtorrents.com/index.php)
You must use a bittorrent client to use these sites to download stuff. I prefer BitTornado (http://bittornado.com/). Get the Experimental (ooo... new version btw)
If you need any help go to the BitTorrent section of these forums.

Nope not usually. Them and FileList seem to be expiriencing problems.
