Kazaa Lite K++ Problem
(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)Posted by: sheerx
I'm sure there probably is a thread about this but I can't seem to find it.
My problem is simple..
I installed Kazaa Lite K++ but it doesnt seem to connect.
I have no connection problems elsewhere but it doesnt connnect.
The 'search', 'traffic', and 'tool' are in that transparant state.
I would like to start downloading but search is unaccessible.
Help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

How about you stop circumventing moderation?

what that does is forces your kazaa to query a central host cashe for a fresh list of 200 supernodes to connect to.
it should fix your connecting problem UNLESS you have firewall/router issues
@Digital Nirvana: if you don't want to answer simple questions politely, maybe you should stick to the lounge, and leave the helping to others

do you have firewall/router issues? did you close kazaa completely? (even the lil systray icon)

I made the snode.reg fix but program keeps cyckling through Searching, Connecting, (intermittently shows user names) then reverts to Remotely Queued or More Sources Needed. I've been using 2.4.3 for years and never had any problems till now.
Using ADSL on XP with plenty speed and space. No other changes recently made to my computer setup other then XP Service Pack.
Any other ideas?
Many thanks.

The main problem is XP! This is the worst software they have came out with!
However, i do have XP..Unfor....but kazaa works fine on it now.
YOu can solve your problem by taking Xp out, and putting in windows 2000
are something other than XP! And i doubt that this program is the only thing your having troubles with. But thats your choice.

:O ...dont be silly... it might be time for Bunny Pictures...
The main problem is Kazaa in this case..and the fact users are still trying to "get it to connect"
..Change the OS ...what great advice for someone who cant even get Kazaa working, not!

Burn the computer you had it installed on,
then install any other program i.e. limewire.

lmao - there should be a disclaimer around here - "posts about kazaa might bring about intense replies of burning hate for said program"
