Printer Probs

when I go to print a document, a message comes up saying that i hav to install a printer. My printer IS installed AND switched on AND plugged in.
I kno this seems like a lost cause as my printer used to work perfectly but help would be VERY appreciated.

Printer drivers installed? Is it a usb?

try uninstalling it then installing again.
make sure the driver is installed (in device manager).

I would recommend double checking your USB port on your PC because sometimes the cord becomes loose in mine.

unplug the printer cables, uninstall the printer, and then pull the printer back in and reinstall the driver. That should fix it.
