What Do I Do With This File Type?

I tried using winrar, but Just get an extremely fast popup of a dos window, full of something, but so fast that I can't tell what it may be.
This is from bit torrents, and it looks like it should be bin and cue files. There are 2 cd's, with 45 files in each, and with successive numbers (r00, r01, r02, etc.).
Can anyone help?
