How do you make it so if you have an image you can click on it and it will take you to a site?

EDIT: I wan't to make it so anyone can click on my sig picture and it will take them to halo2.com.

Highlight the whole image tag and click on that html button, then type in your url. Think thats how you do it....

In your control panel, under edit signature:
open url tags, type url, click ok, when it prompts for a title, open image tags, type the image's url, click ok.
