I tried reading there intructions but I quite don't undterstand it.

That's software but anyway... It makes a boot diskette that you can launch at startup and run the tests.

After Creating the disk u wont be able to view files from windows, ull get "Format Disk" error if u try to view it from windows. Boot from The disk at startUp and the test will begain, it will take almost 1hr to complete the test.

here it took a day, so i just gave up after 12 hours with that thing
