the only option for this is global. Most ppl like the AM/PM so there's not really anything we can do for you here. We might put a poll up later to see what the majority prefers, but I'm pretty sure its safe to assume most people like AM/PM
Clock is based upon server time so the servers time could be off or possibly YOUR time could be off....

is the server behind by 10 minutes? :blink:
i seem to recall this problem with IPB to so it must be the server. :unsure:

OK, I synched my clock with the time server and I'd say its the servers clock :)
gotta get a hold of the server admin about this one.
