Gee, that's a toughie.
He still deserves to be an admin tho' IMO.
Brian didn't back up the board properly and he didn't see fit to resign. Allbeit that's a little different due to his investment of cash, but Entity invested much, much more time and effort so the principle is good.

It will show that you have the same faith in him as the rest of us do. Talk later, it can always be removed if he, or you, wish.
