Two questions
1 What does re-loaded mean ?
I see Nero Buring Rom is also on www.Download.com
2 I downloaded a couple of Nero serial cracks and key gens and my AVG said that they both had viruses !! Is this common with cracks and serial gens ? Can anyone suggest a good crack or serial gen for Nero.
I have Nero Express that came with my CD writer and its user interface is crap (ie the selecting folders bit) which is why I want to get Nero Burning Rom.
Would I be best to
A Download a trial version from say Download.om or Softpedia as you suggest
and then try to get a crack etc OR
B Download a version with a crack or serial gen from Ares or Kazaa ?

One of the things I noticed myself is this recent inclusion of maliscious applications (one in particularly I find often is "start.exe") included within the .zip files you find at cracking/keygen sites such as Cracks.AM.
Even then, just to get the download to proceed, you have allow an active X control to be downloaded within your system.

@Izagaia, you can download without any troubles on sites such as those if you use Firefox. :)
@Digmen1, Are you sure your burner only came with Nero Express? Usually it will come with the full Nero package but Nero Express becomes the default that runs.
Click Start>Programs>Nero>Nero 6 Ultra Edition>Nero Burning Rom.
When you install the new version Nero express is going to be the default still.

I have enabled PM on my control panels thanks I look forwrda to rceveiiing the serial.
You suggest I download Nero from their web site I suppose that is the best option, latest version etc (will the serial work with it ?)
How will I enter the serial ie what name will I enter ?

Install nero, if you start it for the first time it asks for a serial. use the serial I PM and its done.

Whats Izagaia? I usually get my crack from crack am but I get a virus warning from avg, I also get a lot of warnings from cd cover sites usually cdcovers.cc is ok but the others linked from the emule page I get a trojan warning. :(

I only download software with keygens/cracks from release groups, keygens and cracks that can be found with filesharing software almost always have viruses

Just keep clicking NO to the activex requester and it'll disappear after four or fve times, allowing you to download what it is you're aftyer.
I just receive that stupid flash message (step 1, step 2, step 3...) on a blank page and then nothing else happens. Nothing to click "no" at or cancel except for closing that browser window (MSIE).
Is that the requestor you mean?

I think it's because if you go on nero.com it's like 5 different packages most about 10mb, the main one 25mb. This 80mb includes all of those packages I beleive.

Only major problem I've had with nero was with NeroVision's DVD author tool. I wanted to burn "The Village Screener" onto a dvd to play off my DVD player in the livingroom, but it gave me problems with the sound. Every so often an instant high pitch "TWEET" came in and was really annoying.. had to throw it away.
You think this was the encoder's fault who made the video? Maybe NeroVision tried to convert the audio to 5.1 when it was compressed 2ch..i know that wouldnt be fun.

I thought Nerovision2 only encoded 2ch ac3.
It's recoding leaves a bit to be desired, anyway, being the same (if not, then scarily similar) engine as DVDShrink, which is lightyears behind Intervideo's DVDCopy.
Another downer is that nerovision always recodes mpgs, even if they'll fit on a DVD5 disc already.
