Ok for some reason my comp is running like a slow little bitch, ive virus scanned , defragged , spyware scanned and all that bullshit is there anything else i can do?:( :blink:

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL, and click the performance tab. How much CPU is being used? Make sure there isn't something running in the backround using 100% CPU, slowing you down.

System Idle Process is just a named representation of what's not being used by other resources. If it's not at 99% when you're doing nothing, the find out what's using the rest of it.
Get HijackThis and scan your system, then go to the HJT homepage forums for help.

2 things will definitly help you here:
1) use normal sized letters when you post, this is just to damn annoying
2) windows need a complete reinstall every now and then......... that is, unless you feel like cleaning up everything (like the registry) yourself........ if you do feel like it, chances are you'll fuck something up and have to reinstall anyway :P (unless you really know your way around the registry)

Yes, Windows needs a complete re-install every couple of years or so. Anyone that tells you it needs it sooner either installs too much crap or doesn't know what they're doing.

well it al depends on how much you install of course, thats why i hate installing anything....... but if you play alot of games, you can drastically see the lifetime shorten......

might be a hardware problem..
1. Smell anything funny lately? (No, Not that beans incident with you buddies)
2. Try to O/C lately? You might have accidentally set it down. My friend did that just to see if it's possible...and yes it is.
3. Is your case clean? Maybe some static discharge from dust. maybe not..
4. Did you do any modding lately?
5. Maybe you dont have enough powersupply and the system is running borderline (heh would black out from heavy loading tho)
6. Obviously something is eatin that performance.. this may sound silly, but maybe a one of your betraying buddies attached a little "distrubuted computing" device to your pc and it's suckin that cpu from time to time for pure annoyance..since it wouldnt speed his computer up any.

Well what makes you think it's slow anyway...a certain game? just doing stuff is slow? explain when it seems to be slow and tell us an approximate guess of the time it takes for something or the fps in games or whatever.

I dont know about the fps but startup is hella slow and for somereason bootvis doesent seem to be working:blink: and just doing stuff is quite slow.

what is the speed of your hard drive,an RAM.That may be keeping your computer slow.If anything,have you checked what processes start up at boot time.Try deleting the entries that you dont need any more,to programs that dont exist or just arent fucking amazing anymore.

Yes it's readable but takes some eye adjustment to be able to read. Why not just use a normal font like everyone else. :frusty:
