Yes

Its no longer Samhain, and i cant see any campfires burning...

Posted by: vidcc

no i don't believe in ghosts

Posted by: bigboab

No, I dont believe in them. I have never seen one. They are a bit like 'miracles', always happen in some remote area when very few people are around except the local bampots.. Never happens in the middle of a shopping centre etc.:)

Posted by: Filliz

Haven't seen one yet,so I can't say if I do or don't believe in them.

And like bigboab says, things like this always seem to happen in remote areas when there's only one or few witnesses around.
If they happen to have footage of it,it's always unsharp or very shaky.
Is it really that hard to keep the camera still for a few seconds?
And this picture is too damn small as well
Why don't they show the video footage?

edit:
Here's a close-up I made of the "ghost":Clicky. (http://premium.uploadit.org/Filliz/bloatedghost.gif) (!!!584.44 KB!!!)

Looks pretty cool though

I havent seen a Canadian yet, so i cant say if i do or dont believe in them... ;)

Seriously, I admire someone that can keep an open mind even if they havent seen anything of the paranormal. Its better than "Believing" on faith, imho.

Thats no different to someone believing in God, as an example, with nothing but 2nd hand evidence.

I'll get me coat

1. No.
2. No.
3. No.

The mind is easily fooled, don't for a minute think that you can believe what you see, hear, or feel. Look how easy it is for optical illusions to fool the eyesl Ghosts, UFO's and anything so-called "paranormal" is just one stage further from that.

The building I work in has at least three ghosts. I've only had experiences with one, though. Nothing terrifying. They're friendly enough, if a little bored.

I bet you have seen a Canadian. You just didn't know it. ;)

I've spoken to them, but that may be just the voices in my head...

I hope not, coz she sounded very sexy.. as were the pictures that may or may not have been from that Canadian.

A lot of people here claim to be Canadians... however im not sure if some of them are even from this planet, so i cant give any weight to their claims..

Everyone here is mad except you and me.... and im not so sure about you

I'm a skeptic but then I have a so-called paranormal experience and for a short time I'm open minded but then my logical mind kicks in and I explain the experience away. But some part of me must have a desire to beleive otherwise I wouldn't keep investigating the paranormal.

My personal experiences include

1. hearing footsteps and objects moving
2. being stroked on the shoulder (nearly jumped out of my skin on that occasion)
3. seeing an odd light pulsating
4. electrical eqiupment acting up
5. very strange sensations in suposedly haunted locations

like I say all explainable in the cold light of the (scientific) day

ghosts? they are about as real as god. no such thing.

Posted by: Quylui

I think this concept is entirely extraneous, as ghosts have never been proven to exist, and the concept of ghosts is irrefutably wrong and outlandish.

Ghosts only exist when the person who envisions them wants them to exist. The phenomena is usually perfectly explicable, yet when we can't explain a certain phenomena, we immediately turn to the supernatural (or metaphysical, in this case) as an explanation.

Posted by: bigboab

Canadians can't see 'ghosts' because of the white background.

Posted by: MiniMalistic

neah ....i don't they exist...and if I will see one I swear i'll kick his ass :D:D

Posted by: thevito1

nooooooooo
I do not beleive so there is no story

Posted by: saqib

i believe

Posted by: Exception

I don't believe in ghosts and no experience will make me believe.

I don't believe in ghosts and no experience will make me believe.

What about if you die and become a ghost, will you believe then?

Posted by: Septimus

i believe... but i have no story to tell

Posted by: saqib

i do believe them ,
but it has never happened to me

Posted by: brenda

pah where are the headless horsemen, the battles long since fought and the lone hitch-hiker who gets in the car and then disappears??????

.......oh yeah there all urban myths

Posted by: Rat Faced

Headless Horseman's not a myth...

I think the Hitchhiker's an Urban Legend though, isn't it?

The Battles are in the History Books..

Seriously though, stay at Chillingham Castle in Northumberland for a night...

Posted by: bigboab

You would need to go to Northumberland because Newcastle don't have a ghost this year.:whistling
