Cache Problems With FireFox

Alright, lately I've been having some cache problems with FireFox 1.0. For instance, at ThemeXP, I'll have to clear my cache to to view the newest submissions, or at StrongBad emails, I'll have to clear my cache to see the newest email. Anyone know what's goin on? :unsure:

Set your cache to 1 or 0 kb. It does not really matter if your on brodband.

I'm on 56K dial-up, hence why I love my cache so much.

Do you have the latest version? Do want rossco_2004 says and reinstall.
Be sure to try clearing your profile first, should be in like: (C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Mozilla\), or (C:\program files\Application Data\Mozilla\)
