I remember this story from way back in september. After this, the amount of spam we had to filter at work decreased almost to zero for a few weeks, until the bastards obviously sniffed out new ISP's to use.. :angry:
So it seems fairly clear that them in charge know who the spammers are, and they can be stopped. It seems reasonable to say that they can be fined, also.
