Problem with Email Notifications

I have it set up to send notifications of new topics in the Internet, Software, and Movies forums, but it's sending me many email notifications of them per day.
How do I fix this?
Also, under the notifications of "New Threads", it has things that have been created a LONG time ago

Yes, it's spamming my email with old replies.

well, we too were spammed with notifications. While people were having PM problems, the board also quit sending any kind of amail notices as well, when the pm problem was fixed, the email was fixed also, and all the old emails went out.
That explains why you were spammed with old posts, and why we were spammed with old reports :rolleyes:

I'm not quite sure what your asking, but as I stated, the mod/admin team are receiving old emails as well. I suspect they reset the board email system when they repaired the pm problem. Just delete the things, atleast our pm system is working again, and this is a small price to pay for that.

Yes should be fine now, delete the old ones and from now on it should be normal....
