Chris Turner of Man Utd and Sheff Weds was 5' 10", I don't know of a shorter one except for Billy The Fish.

Not sure what height Shae Given of Newcastle is, but he ain't the tallest.

Mick Finn of Chelsea was only 5'5". I think he is one of the smallest goalkeepers on record. :)
