People I got Sim City 4 of my friend because he download cd 1 which he but on to a disk and cd2 on to a disk. But Cd2 he only but the file which was a bin so I had to use WinISO to open it so when I went to install it it was goin fine to but 50 then said IN stert CD2 but I do not have it on a disk are do not have any CDs to put it on.
So can I put CD2 on to like a fake CD on the PC so the PC think the Disk is in.

Are you saying you don't have a CD burner? Because if you do, you can just burn CD 2 from your .bin file. If not, I think you can use CDmage (http://cdmage.cjb.net/) to create a 'Virtual Drive' so you don't need the disc.

cdmage is for fixing bad sectors on .bin and .iso files, you need daemon tools or alcohol 120% for a virtual drive.

as far as virtual drives go daemon tools is definately the best.
