Changes:
- Changed Usertitles.
- updated welcome message.
- added Strikethrough option.
- added dummie verified sections so guests can see we have them ;)
fixed:
- users can edit posts in report section.
- removed underline under the username (when using the Chromo skin)
edit:
I changed the last fix back it worked but other links on the forums lost their underlines to :(
