Some hard drives can, some cannot.
The Xbox is so much more than a 1 hit wonder like the Gamecube, i would strongly advise getting one, not only for the great Xbox only games, but it also gets 90-95% of all PS2 games, is easliy chipable and is very cheap.

Yeah, you're right. Since im mainly a pc gamer nerd, i think i should get Xbox 2 next , even though i already have a ps2... Xbox games not only has great console games (especially 3rd parties, like Max Payne, and Grand theft auto) but has games similar to pc only games , like doom, halo2, etc. IMHO, Nintendo just keeps fucking with the cube.
Am i the only that thinks RE4 is the only playable game on GCN, for a pc gaming fan ?

yup, only reason GT4 really sucked donkey balls, i mean it's a pretty well known game, and yet they're too pussy to create damage models for cars. sometimes microsoft does own all. so far, i've been impressed a lot by this game, especially that drivatar thing, just amazing.

:lol: , I know the feeling. I just bought this game today, and played it for about 5 hours already. It blows GT4 away, completely.
The drivatar thing is kind of cheap though. Letting the computer race for you... What the fun in that?

first off i have a question for you can you even drive?
and i dont think the 250 cars in forza compares to the 750 in GT but thats just the first thing. next GT actually gives you a sense of the speed that you are going at which forza doesnt even come close to doing (it seems like ur only doing 10 mph if ur doing 100) i just rented the game and i own GT4 so thos are just a few of the reasons i think GT4 is much better.

I have to agree with you here, but on the grand scale, I like forza better for realism. In GT4, I still do better by just speeding through turns and bouncing off the walls, and when I try braking around them, I get passed. In Forza, braking is everything.

well isn't GT4 and Forza suppose to be about "simulation" and major part of simulation is "realism" which Forza has but GT4 lacks a little...

Yea... GT4 has more cars and tracks but less realistic braking (ex would be any track and any car on Forza) GT4 also has no car damage, making it less realistic. :)

i think they should bring out some of these games for gamecube(racing simulation). if nintendo doesn't step up and bring these kind of games to revolution they are making huge mistakes.
