Help with finding sources on my stalingrad essay.

I am in desperate need of help.
I'm doing a history essay on "Why hitler lost the battle of stalingrad"
I need 4 points to defend.
Now the problem isnt really finding points, its finding sources to defend these points.
After a shiteload of research i have found 3- The will of the russian people, Hitlers constant interference with the military and the failed airsupport from the Luftwaffe. The problem is is that i cant find any facts to support this stuff. Plus i need a 4th point.
I was wondering if any of you guys had any miracle sites for this stuff. Because i really dont want to have to go 2 my teacher and get shit from him for not asking sooner.

Erm. You could talk about the German army's inability to cope with the Russian winter or about the strategic stupidity of waging war on two separate fronts.
