Best Connection Settings ???? for 2272/288

Hi have emule 0.46a and i want good connectino settings on my 2272 Downstream and 288 Upstream i am talking bout the Max source bit and max connections i have max source hard limit at 500 and max connections at 900 is this n e good what could i use.

I think your max connections is way too high. I have mine set to 350 and I get good speeds.

can u explain at all how max connections makes a difference and what is your broadband speed ????? whats difference between connections and limit is hard liit the amount i can queue with for each download and connections the max i am allowed on thatconnection
Update:
Hard Limit now 2500 and Max COnnections at 5000 and i am getting good speeds of around 30 to 50KBPS i have a max of around 228KBPS i neva been over 100KBPS on emule ????

no reason to limit your download speed, set your max upload speed to 20-24
and your max connections/sources limits should be more like 300/120
setting them too high (in the thousands) will make your downloads slower due to overhead

no i said Hard Limit 300 and Max connections 120, but you can about double those if you are waiting in queue, then back them down if/when you get close to max download speed
