Softmodding question

I've looked at the guides and they look pretty straight forward, I currently don't have a AR USB memory card. I have a guide for soft modding my Xbox when you don't have a memory card but I am having trouble finding xboxhdm_v1.9 zip
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. I downloaded on file from this site out of someones sig. that supposedly directs you to all the files needed but it contains a virus so I didn't use it.
