Overclocking Utility

Hey...I use Rage 3d tweak to "overclock" my graphics card, however, now I am trying to underclock it severly to make my room cooler...hopefully.
It only lets me go down to 290 core and 270 mem...anyone know of a program that will keep its settings everytime i reboot AND can go lower? Or anyone know how to make rage 3d tweak go lower?

Dunno about going lower but have you tried rivatuner?

Lil offtopic, but still an overclocker story..
I had a Sony DVD RW drive overclocking using Sony's overdrive software and the damn thing POPPED. Took out half the damn system. Sucks when you overclock and it blows.
