How could i install the sims university and make it work

I have sims2 perfectly installed:shifty: and then when i install university it asks to update the game and i do but when i want to play it the start u up screen just stays there without any erroro message.:cry::nono:

Yea I get that too. I think u need the disc image running while u are playing the game.

Yeah after you Install the Univesity expansion It reads the SIMS 2 DVD and Install a update..
But I still get an error whit sims2ep1.exe after the expansion installation
PD. Sims2 works fine

i can install it fine. i kept my sims 2 cds. but i can't run the game found no way to crack it. sigh

maybe install sims 2
update via website any fixes for sims 2
then load sims university
then crack sims 2
