overclocking an AMD 2600+

well i am thinking of overclocking my computer, i am after anyone with a bit of experience, and willing to give me some step by step instruction as i have never done this before
Mobo = ASrock K7S41
Processor =AMD = 2600+
ram 2 X 512 (1@333,1@400) so i take they run at the lowere of the 2
if u want any info please ask
