Have got a cheap labtec webcam, worked fine untill i disabled a few services, problem is i cant remember whic one, anyone know what services are needed for my cam to work??? Cheers!

Re-enable a few services till it works. This time make a note of which ones you re-enable, there may be more than one involved.
Then disable them again one at a time, if the webacm stops working re-enable that one.
