Anyway this is the BEST incomplete channel on IRC IMO. I've been using it for a long time and they have always filled my requests, usually within 24hours.
Some of them get pissy about my OLD requests but they happily fill them, from say 1998 or 2000 but hey all the new stuff I can get myself, the old stuff is whats hard. Also keep in mind your request must be officially released (Nforce,ISOnews keeps track)
Both NFO and SFV files are readily available for most releases, NOT ALL.

The other incomplete channels are OK but they have a lot of rules about nuked releases and such and their NFO SFV files are by request not auto filled by a bot which kind of sucks. Some of them have attitude difficulties as well, but I guess that goes with the terrirtory of N00bs, but we were all N00bs once, LoL
