    pcsx2 is the only good ps2 emulator, but it can only play some games at 5-10 frames per second..

    i'm having a slight problem with this. basically the frame rates are incredibly quick, too quick and i just can't play the game. is there any way of changing this?

    there is a way to switch the max frame rate in the settings for the graphics plugin
