how to make windows ce apps run on linux based pda phones?

I've purchased a motorola a780 pda cell phone and found out it's linux based OS; however i'd like to run windows ce apps on it...is there anyway to do that?

I seroiusly doubt the two binaries will be compatible and running wine on a pda seems a terrible solution as well.
