We're doing okay considering almost all of our premiership players dropped out of the squad earlier in the week.

Download PPLive: http://www1.pplive.com/download.aspx

Then on match days go to: http://www.asiaplate.com/live.today.htm

It's like a program list, find the match you want and next to it look for a http://www.asiaplate.com/photo/media.logo.pplive.gif then 5 minutes before the match starts click the red chinese text next to the http://www.asiaplate.com/photo/media.logo.pplive.gif and the match name.

Streams with the http://www.asiaplate.com/photo/icon.arrow2.gif next to them a are the best, but others still work fine. A red X means the link is dead.

PPLive will auto open and a chinese pop up will appear in your system tray, ignore that and within 2-3 minutes WMP will open and it will take another 2-3 minutes to buffer and it will start playing.

Turn down the audio on your match 9in WMP) then go to the bbc football website (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/default.stm) and 90% of the time you will see :

http://img392.imageshack.us/img392/8755/dunnololol9gv.jpg

Now click the linked bit that i highlighted in the picture (The BBC Five Live radio thing) and that will load english commentary.

Usually the BBC Five Live commentary is about 30 second or so ahead of your video (because the video has had to buffer) so what i usually do is wait for the BBC guy to say something that i can remember (Rooney takes a shot and it goes behind for a goal kick.

Then i push the stop button on the BBC radio thing. Go to my WMP with the video and wait untill i see Rooney take a shot and it go behind and then quickly push start again on my BBC radio thing, it'll take 2-3 seconds to buffer up a again and the sound and picture will be in time.

Van Nistelrooy just scored!

Ferdinand brought the ball out of defence, took on a man and then slipped it out wide for Ronaldo who crossed for RVN to finish.

You just don't save those

Villa keeper is having an absolute stormer, btw.

For the BBC Thing you get a choice to use Real player or WMP choose WMP, don't worry because the BBC uses a different WMP then you'll be using for the video.

Final whistle, United won 1-0. Villa came with 9 defensive players on the park bu we managed to break them down for the victory, something that we simply couldn't do last season.

RVN has now scored in every competitive game this season - he's back!

What's not funny is the scoreline, 2-0 down already!

Very dirty game, 3 Coventry defenders booked already and the ref seems to be losing control, commentators are only talking about the bad fouls and not the football!

Btw, the ref has been a right biased twat in the Scouse game. Sunderland played okay but the man in black has given them nothing at all.

Still 1-0.

11-10 to Liverpool wrt players on teh pitch

Really, look at normal pictures of him compared with other players, he has a long neck.

Your right about the ref, that push on Garcia by Welsh should have been a yellow. Welsh ment it you could see that, but it certainly wasn't a red card offence. Sunderland should have got a corner as well.

TBH Liverpool should have won this match much easier and should have scored more, it might just be that Sunderland are good, or that Liverpool arn't doing the business on the pitch.
