Help with my CD Writer...!??

Hey guys.. something weird is goin on with my CD Writer...

Whenever I insert a CD into it (say a game disc which I want to install), I go to My Computer, and double click the DVD-RW icon, the window goes into the DVD-RW, but the window is blank... This happens with any CD I put in to it...



Help please???

Best suggestion I can think of is to uninstall the device (in device manager, not physically), then reboot and let XP find it again.
