Installing NAV2005

I'm currently running NAV2003 on my PC w/ an elongated subscription. I'm about to install NAV 2005. Do I need to, or should I, uninstall NAV2003 before installing NAV 2005, or is it ok to install it on top of NAV 2003? Thanks

An elongated subscription I like that . :) I would disconnect from the internet first before uninstalling then don't forget to update your virus definitions right away.
