hello i got a wmv file thats around 200mb im trying to reduce it to 100 mb without a little loss in quality of this film do anybody kno a good program that can do this?!?!?!?

well i don't know what setting will make your 200 MB file 100 MB, or what you are willing to sacrifice, resolution, FPS or sound quality to achieve it.
