Ok guys, I got everything setup. the problem is that my sata drive is being shown on the system tray and telling me that I can safely remove it. wtf?

I have a SATA drive, and it doesnt have the safely remove hardware icon in my taskbar? :huh:

AFAIK all SATA drives are theoretically capable of hot swap, though I would not like to try it with ones which have Molex power connectors.
