Fecking annoying Windows start menu...

Is there a way that I can turn off that annoying orange highlighting on the programs listing in the Windows XP Start menu when the program is new?

me doesnt have the english version of XP..

right click the bar @ bottom -> options/properties

second tab -> edit or change?

second tab (advanced) -> deselect second option
